If you are new to therapeutic massage, physiotherapy, or acupuncture, here are a few clear answers to help your first appointment feel easier.

If you want relaxation, start with Swedish Massage. For chronic tightness, choose Deep Tissue or Tuina. For pain, mobility, or injury recovery, Physiotherapy is the best starting point.

Relaxation services may be booked every 1-2 weeks. Rehab or targeted therapy often works best as a short course, such as 3-8 sessions depending on the service and your progress.

The massage prices marked +tax follow the service sheet. Other listed treatment prices are shown as provided in the service document.

Yes. Pressure should feel therapeutic, not painful. Tell your practitioner any time you want more or less pressure.

Hydrate, keep warm after acupuncture or moxibustion, and avoid strenuous activity immediately after treatments when advised by your practitioner.

Please tell us about fever, acute infection, active skin conditions, pregnancy, sensory impairment, heart failure, active cancer conditions, or recent cosmetic procedures so we can guide you safely.
